Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. She was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness shows when she was 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now among the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel took a six-year break from her career after she earned her professional card in order to further her education. In 2015, she came back to the stage, and took part in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show, she continued competing throughout her career and setting new goals every year. In 2009, four brand new fitness titles were added to her list. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took a six-year break from competition to finish her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the show, she came in third. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place at the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectation prior to that and was happy with her performance. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, in light of the contest. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel loves working out your lower back. It consists of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device and seated rows. She will warm up prior to working on the sets. Additionally, Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as feasible. Supersetting all of the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
